John Love

John Love enters his second season on staff at BBP and his first as the Infield Coordinator. Love will oversee infield play at all levels of the organization. He spent last season as Head Coach of BBP 11u where he led the team to the Grand Slam state championship. Love comes to BBP after 4 seasons as a head coach for Vestavia Baseball Club 13u and 14u. Prior to his time with VBC, Love was the head coach for Team Easton 11u, a Vestavia based travel team. John also has coaching experience at the high school level, serving as an assistant coach at his alma-mater Sumiton Christian, for the 2015 season. Love won a state championship at Sumiton Christian as a player, and enjoys watching young players gain knowledge and confidence in the game.
