Rachel Roupe

Rachel Roupe was officially named Director of Baseball operations in November of 2021. Additionally serving as Director of Operations for the  facility, her title of DBO puts her at the forefront on many of the finer details of the organization, facility, and program as a whole. Rachel's main focus at USA Prime is maintaining a smooth day to day operation in the facility, as well as handling multiple aspects of merchandise, team scheduling, and logistics. Rachel is married to JJ and they have 3 children: Brayden, Addie Kate and Anna Claire.
